Escola Móbile is a high-standard school that provides an infirmary for its students. In the old flow, students left the classroom and wandered around the school until the infirmary managed to locate them for their appointment. Time away from class was longer than it should be, and an infirmary visit sometimes even served as a trick to escape studying.
With Meu Atendimento Virtual, by Mupi Systems, the flow changed: when a student needs the infirmary, the coordination team registers them in the digital queue and they return immediately to the classroom. When their turn arrives, the infirmary calls them and the teacher is notified in real time, knowing exactly which students of their class are being seen.
The project started simply, serving a single unit. With the results, the school expanded the system to all of its units.

1. Students wandering around the school
In the old flow, students left the classroom and circulated through the school's spaces until the infirmary located them. With the digital queue, the student is registered by the coordination team and waits for the call inside their own classroom, with no time lost in hallways.
2. Visibility for teachers
Teachers did not know who was at the infirmary or for how long. Now, they are notified in real time in the classroom when a student is called and can track which students of their class are being seen at any moment.
