OAB-DF
Project Overview

OAB-DF, the Federal District Section of the Brazilian Bar Association, serves lawyers and trainees daily in institutional services, from registrations and professional cards to administrative matters. It is an audience with an intense routine, split between hearings, deadlines, and commitments that cannot wait.

To organize this service, the entity relies on eAgenda, by Mupi Systems, in a straight-to-the-point flow: lawyers enter only their CPF. An integration with OAB-DF's database, through an external API configured by the entity itself, checks in real time whether the CPF is registered and whether the professional's status is active, releasing the booking with the data already filled in.

When a booking cannot be released, the system informs the lawyer of the reason, such as an outstanding payment, bringing transparency to the process. The case reinforces Mupi Systems' presence among professional associations, with tailored integrations to each institution's database.

Objective

Organize OAB-DF's service to lawyers, with bookings validated in real time against the entity's database, data filled in automatically, and separate schedules per service type.

Challenges and Implemented Solutions

1. Booking restricted to active lawyers

The section's services are meant for professionals in good standing. When booking, lawyers enter only their CPF, and an external API configured by OAB-DF queries the entity's database in real time, checking whether there is a registration and whether the status is active before releasing the slot.

2. Booking without rework

Once validation is approved, the lawyer's data comes back from the entity's own database and the booking is completed with the information already filled in. No long forms, no repeated typing, and no risk of data diverging from the official registry.

3. Transparency with the professional

When validation does not allow the booking, the system informs the lawyer of the reason, such as an outstanding payment with the section. The professional leaves the booking attempt knowing exactly what to regularize.

4. An audience with a packed agenda

Lawyers live between hearings, procedural deadlines, and meetings. With set appointment times and separate schedules per service type, professionals fit the section's service into their agenda, and not the other way around.
